Summer Seasonal Use
The Beartooth Mountain Youth Camp's summer season (June through August) is scheduled during the preceding year for priority users. First priority is given to non-profit groups whose mission is to serve "youth at risk." These camps offer outdoor experiences for a wide range of handicapped or disadvantaged youth. Second priority is given to 501c3 non-profit organizations that serve youth and/or adults. All other groups are scheduled, if possible, after these camps are accommodated.
Because of the priority given to non-profit group under the terms of our permit with the U.S. Forest Service, it is necessary to advise family reunions and similar groups that we are not able to confirm reservations prior to the end of January preceding their planned use. This allows the youth groups to complete their arrangements while the Billings Lions Club ensures the camp fulfills the goals for which it was created. Families and others wishing to be placed on a waiting list for potential dates should contact the Lions Beartooth Mountain Youth Camp through one of the two methods listed below. Please include the dates(s) you prefer and any alternate date(s) that might meet your needs. A representative of the camp will contact you as the year's summer schedule is being finalized in January.
